The peace of God has entered my heart and I feel very settled and at peace. I always knew that I was to be here this year, yet I could not stop wrestling.
I chose to surrender. I had to choose to choose surrender, daily. I still must do it daily I can see the fruit of it...
Is this what spring looks like? Only you know Lord, But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus (Philip 3:13-14)

I'm beginnin to feel like a new creation, I can see it, I can smell it, I can know it.

Hey Christa! You're not the only one who feels renewed! Some of what you posted here sounds a lot like things I was going through a year ago. Sometime I'll tell people everything, but for now, know this: for the depth of where you have been, so also the depth of joy and strength -- even that which is yet to come. It is because of this that the me that you and Leah have gotten to know a bit, is this way, with more coming.

I see the light at the end of my tunnel. I've even seen glimpses of what is at the end of the tunnel, only as through an obscured lens, but still something seen. Be encouraged and know that even a twisty tunnel that is sometimes pitch black... has a definite beginning and end. It is because of this that I choose a hard nickname online to live up to: Semper Fidelis. Know that God in His wondrous grace does reward all who follow Him, and there is more yet to come.

Btw, my blog was mostly for school... info about me is scattered at http://joelp.no-ip.com/wiki/ and various places at Crosswalk Forums.

By the way... if you think the bits of spring you're seeing are something, just wait... something better is on the way.

(Insert a half snicker and half seriousness)....
